Ponte Vedra, FL Summary:
To adhere to Navitas’ credit guidelines in approving or declining new end-user and vendor applications. Develop and maintain cordial relationships with Navitas’ sales personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze financial statements, tax returns, personal credit reports, Dun & Bradstreet reports and other third party information to determine the borrower’s creditworthiness. 2. Complete financial spreads and PD templates as required by Navitas’ credit policies. 3. Make credit decisions on transactions within assigned credit authority and make recommendations on transactions requiring local Credit Committee approval or UCBI Bank approval. 4. Correspond and interact with Sales personnel to communicate the need for additional credit information as well as communicating justification for decisions. 5. Recommend changes to Navitas’ credit guidelines as needed to ensure maximum efficiency while maintaining sound credit decisions. 6. Complete assignments within due dates, if applicable.
Education and other credentials:
- 4-year College or University degree preferred, or 5+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer skills required: Excel spreadsheets
- Previous equipment leasing/loan industry experience required.
- Prior franchise lending experience is a plus.

Job Type:

$80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
