Activities:

UnderwriteConstruction Surety accounts such as: Construction Contract Bonds;Bid Bonds; Performance Bonds; Payment Bonds; Maintenance Bonds,etc. Evaluate renewal or new account financial standing andoperational strategy. Determine acceptance or rejection ofsubmission and select coverage terms & conditions. Conduct hazardanalysis and assess account’s exposure to loss (primary & excess).Utilize pricing tools, manual rates, rating plans, and reinsuranceto price coverage. Position requires 3 years of experienceUnderwriting Construction Risks or similar.
