Seeking technical underwriting expertise with background leading complex underwriting projects for Multi-unit Residential Investment Properties; Property Management Companies; Apartment Buildings; Mobile Home Parks; Condominium Associations; Public Self-storage Facilities ; Hotels & Motels; Boarding Houses; Bed & Breakfasts; Student Housing; Senior Housing; HUD & Section 8 Housing; etc.

• Evaluate and modify underwriting guidelines, philosophy, and risk appetite.
• Train underwriting team members in company specific underwriting requirements and guidelines.

Required:

• Bachelors or equivalent technical degree.
• 5+ years commercial underwriting experience.
