• The Sanga Agency is expanding in the Triad area and seeking a Commercial Insurance Producer to lead our efforts in the business insurance market.

This is a high-impact sales role perfect for a confident, consultative professional who thrives on helping business owners understand and manage risk. What You’ll Do Prospect, develop, and close new commercial lines accounts (General Liability, Commercial Auto, BOPs, Workers’ Comp, Commercial Property, etc.) Build lasting relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and referral partners Perform risk assessments and recommend tailored insurance solutions Stay current with carrier appetite, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends Deliver proposals, close new accounts, and bind coverage through Brightway’s carrier network Maintain organized records in the Agency Management System (AMS) Collaborate with the Agency Owner and Service Center to provide an excellent client experience

Qualifications Required :

North Carolina Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain quickly) 1+ years of commercial insurance or B2B sales experience preferred Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and underwriting requirements Proven ability to develop new business through networking, cold calling, and referrals Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and passion for helping others Comfortable using CRM, AMS, and quoting platforms Why Join Us?
