Activities:

• Underwrite Construction Surety accounts such as: ConstructionContract Bonds; Bid Bonds; Performance Bonds; Payment Bonds;Maintenance Bonds, etc.
• Evaluate renewal or new account financial standing andoperational strategy.
• Determine acceptance or rejection of submission and selectcoverage terms & conditions.
• Conduct hazard analysis and assess account’s exposure to loss(primary & excess).
• Utilize pricing tools, manual rates, rating plans, andreinsurance to price coverage.

Position requires 3+ years of experience Underwriting ConstructionRisks or similar.
