REMOTE WORK FROM HOME

Represent company to agents in an assignedterritory to ensure professional agency relationships and marketcompany commercial property and casualty product lines. Build andfoster positive agency relationships and market company productofferings. Develop and execute business plans for assigned agenciesin accordance with company underwriting and sales objectives.

Monitor agency results including production, loss ratio, hit ratio,etc. and develop corrective actions in accordance with companyexpectations. Ensure agencies follow underwriting guidelines,binding authority, etc. Track newly licensed producers withinexisting agencies to provide training. Troubleshoot agency reportedproblems, determine resources, and advise on resolution. Monitorlocal markets, develop competitive intelligence, and makerecommendations regarding new and existing products and programs.
