We’re seeking a talented and driven individual to join our Underwriting team, playing a key role in driving growth and innovation in the Merchant Cash Advance industry. As a crucial member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and apply your skills in credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential deals, including financial document review, merchant research, and risk assessment
• Engage with merchants to gather information and build relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Processing and Business Development, to finalize contracts and negotiate terms
• Present funding offers to ISOs and merchants, ensuring alignment with risk parameters
• Mentor junior underwriters and provide guidance on best practices
• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our underwriting processes

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in underwriting or a related field, preferably in alternative financing (MCA, Term Loans)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in financial modeling and Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
