Position Summary:

Exercise independent judgment and discretion when managing the integrity and profitability of placing wholesale opportunities along with soliciting wholesale opportunities from agents/brokers.

Essential Functions & Basic Duties:

Ability to do Comparative Coverage Analysis. Take Ownership of Sector Goals and Product Offerings. Manage Carrier and Producer Relations. Prepare and Market Insurance Submissions. Responsible for meeting Production Goals. Responsible for maintaining Submission and Production reports. Responsible for creating Sector Loss Summaries and Analysis reports. Assist in the development and improvement of the insurance offerings within AIS. Maintain carrier and underwriter relationships (in-person & remotely) with our appointed markets as well as assisting with the sourcing of new carrier appointments as is necessary. Maintain broker and agent relationships (in-person & remotely) in line with meeting production goals. Assist in the creation of BP’s for the potential transitions to binding authority. Possible attendance at Conferences and Trade Shows.

Salary:

The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 – $90,000 annually, plus benefits, and can vary based on location.
