Responsibilities:

Drive product development, strategy, and growth for Life Science insurance solutions. Manage and mentor a team of underwriters. Develop distribution strategies and cultivate broker relationships. Develop and implement underwriting strategies and monitor portfolio performance. Underwrite, market, and retain profitable business, operating within authority limits. Collaborate across teams and represent Munich Re at industry events.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience with Life Science products, underwriting processes, and industry trends. Experience managing a P&L and leading underwriters. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel up to 30%.
