Seeking professional experienced in GL excess and surplus linesunderwriting to manage habitational real estate program.

Habitational Real Estate Coverages:

Apartments, Condominiums,Co-Ops, Hotels, Motels, Hospices, Assisted Living Facilities,etc.

Shall:

• Oversee development of balanced, profitable and qualitybook.
• Develop and maintain solid relationships with wholesalebrokers.
• Review new and renewal policy applications to approve riskselections, acceptance, coverage, and price.
• Administer underwriting process and workload, evaluating workresults, and enforcing underwriting guidelines.
• Coach, mentor, train, and develop underwriting staff.
