HOMEManage agency relationships to drive new business sales growth forCommercial Property Product Lines and meet sales objectives forassigned territory. Manage overall agency relationships and directresources and sales support based on agency sales models and newbusiness sales opportunities. Prospect, appoint, and train newagencies. Provide agency training on company systems and workflowprocesses. Conduct agency performance reviews and create actionplans to improve agency performance. Serve as point person forsales initiatives, including driving new business quote activity,creating and implementing annual Success Plans, and identifyingbook roll opportunities. Generate minimum premium volume andminimum average production level per agency for assigned territory.

Monitor competitive intelligence, market changes, and competitiveposition. Maintain and submit records and reports such asitineraries and expense and activity reports. Complex CommercialProperty-Machinery risks involved in Manufacturing, Research,Logistics, Utilities, Mining, Medical, etc.
