Description + Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software assets across the enterprise. + Track asset details, perform audits, and manage full lifecycle from procurement to disposal. + Ensure compliance with licensing, vendor agreements, and internal security protocols. + Procure and deploy assets, generate utilization reports, and analyze costs and risks. + Administer and configure the ServiceNow ITAM module and manage asset workflows.
