Position Overview The Marketing Manager, with a digital strategist background, will be responsible for developing and executing the organization’s comprehensive marketing strategy and plan. This individual will design and implement corporate and client communication initiatives aimed at enhancing client engagement through consistent and meaningful touchpoints. Some key responsibilities include managing the marketing calendar and creating relevant and timely content for videos, and podcasts , leading social media management including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and X as well as analyzing data and analytics to optimize reach and campaign performance. The ideal candidate will leverage and deploy automation tools and state-of-the-art technology

- to increase efficiency and effectiveness across firm-wide efforts.
Qualifications & Experience 4-8 years of overall marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving successful digital initiatives. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, and advanced certifications in digital marketing or analytics, preferred. Adept at building and implementing a marketing plan and processes in a growth-stage environment. Well-versed in the process of the development and launch of new websites and marketing collateral. Skilled in building strategies and managing a wide range of digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, website content, landing pages and video hosting. Expert in content management and creation for various channels, including YouTube, podcast and social media outlets, aimed at a target audience to drive increased engagement, followers, and subscription. Proficient in SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics. Highly proficient managing social media and other platforms such as YouTube, Instagram (reels), Facebook, X, and TikTok. Competent in using data, trends, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for optimization. Experienced with CRM platforms, content management systems like Constant Contact, Survey Monkey, and other marketing tools. Skilled in conducting research, market trends, and managing brand analysis. Well-versed in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines. Effective organizer of client appreciation events and workshops. Able to work with compliance consultant to ensure all marketing content is approved. Skilled in leading and managing third party vendor partners, optimizing results. Familiarity with investment products is a plus. Cutting-edge skills and the most current knowledge in AI-driven marketing strategies is necessary . CRM experience in one or more of the following Salesforce, HubSpot, Clio etc., is helpful. Proficiency in financial-tech software, specifically eMoney is preferred. Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Teams). Traits and Skills Strong internal motivation. Well organized and conscientious. - Up to $110,000 Salary
- $75,000 Bonus
- Up to $7,500 Profit Sharing
- Up to $27,500 Health Insurance 100% Paid for Employee (Family coverage is also available but at the employee’s expense.
