A leading CPG/DTC brand is seeking a Senior Associate, Digital Asset Management to support its Brand Team. This role is ideal for someone with global DAM experience and a proven track record in transitioning digital asset management systems to optimize workflows and improve efficiency across international markets.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee global digital asset management (DAM), including ingestion, metadata tagging, cataloging, storage, and distribution.
Lead the transition and migration of DAM systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
Streamline asset ingestion and establish consistent archiving processes.
Manage vendor relationships and support tickets for DAM tools.
Maintain system documentation and develop training materials for Bynder.
Enforce asset usage guidelines through audits and user training.
Monitor system data, track usage trends, and adjust configurations to align with evolving business needs.
Troubleshoot issues, identify efficiencies, and maximize the value of DAM systems.

What You Bring:

5-7 years of experience managing global digital asset management systems.
Proven experience transitioning and migrating DAM systems.
Strong understanding of creative and production workflows.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and optimize processes.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience deploying and managing software systems.
