Summary:

•We are seeking a dynamic leader with experience in administering a Global Funds Registered platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for fund oversight, calculating and paying the financial arrangements to the Fund’s intermediary partners, monitoring the performance of the Fund’s service providers, and cash flow reporting. Additively, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements which includes tracking affiliated investments, investor concentration and servicing the needs of an independent Mutual Fund Board while seeking opportunities for further automation and identifying opportunities for increased operational efficiency across the Fund’s platform. •

required 15-c investment advisory annual review by responding to a Board sponsored due diligence questionnaire providing benchmarking of fund performance, expenses, and AUM versus competitors ensuring proper governance of 50 funds. + Key member of product implementation and/or product modification team + Lead the intermediary compensation process by working with Distribution Partners to reconcile invoices and payments, with a focus on streamlining the tracking and reporting of firm expenses. + Function as the primary liaison with transfer agents (UMB, SS&C, JPM, BBH) and other service providers, ensuring alignment on strategy, KPIs, and financial reporting while resolving operational issues. + Oversee the Transfer Agent ‘s trailer process including tracking affiliated investments and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for registered funds (e.g. 40 Act Funds, UCITS, QIAIF & PE Registered Funds) + Produce key risk reporting, cashflow reporting, investment concentration reporting, and investment conflict reporting. + Collaborate with internal teams and various levels of management through the organization (Sales, Legal and Finance) on product implementation and/or modifications. + Special projects and ad hoc reporting including stock splits, automating workflows, and renegotiating provider pricing. + Ability to assess technology solutions to enhance Fund operations. + Partner with Finance on the expense accrual process for Firm’s Financial month end close. •

Qualifications:

•+ Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. + 15 years of experience in operational or financial services with a focus on fund administration, reporting, and/or intermediary compensation + Knowledge of industry regulations (e.g., SEC, FINRA.PRIIPs) and compliance requirements related to funds and the support of independent Boards. + Experience with global registered funds, including retrocessions and foreign currencies. ETFs are a plus. + Background working with fund administration service providers. Knowledge of Transfer Agency is preferred. + Experience with financial reporting tools and data management systems. + Effective communication and people skills required, ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders. + Strong time management skills, detail-oriented, and organized with strong follow-through skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUPs) and a working knowledge of PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. Compensation Details The salary range for this role is $150,000-$200,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
