This client is a leading global investment bank and is looking to expand their Financial Sponsors team with Vice Presidents in NYC/ This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of strategic advisory and capital markets execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of complex M&A, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and capital raising transactions for private equity clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial sponsors, providing strategic insights and market intelligence.
Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.
Collaborate across industry and product groups to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
Drive origination efforts by identifying new business opportunities and supporting pitch development.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in investment banking, with a strong background in financial sponsors coverage or leveraged finance.
Proven track record of transaction execution and client engagement.
Deep understanding of private equity dynamics, deal structuring, and capital markets.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
