Job Function:
Responsible for finance and accounting for a newly launched publicly traded fund. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Ensure proper internal controls are in place for all financial transactions, adhering to company policies and safeguarding financial integrity. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the financial operations of the fund, including automation, efficiency enhancements, and better reporting tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and IT, to streamline financial processes, troubleshoot issues, and support business objectives. Web Reference
