Are you interested in joining a collaborative,operations-focused team? Do you have strong knowledge andexperience preparing or auditing financial statements foralternative investment products? As a Senior Manager, ShareholderReporting , you will prepare, review, and coordinate the productionof financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance withregulatory, product-specific requirements and internal qualitystandards. Products in scope may include Limited Partnerships andREITs with investments in alternative asset classes. Your abilityto work within an operations team and to meet deadlines will beessential to our success in delivering high-quality financialreporting for Fidelity’s Investment Products. You will alsoparticipate and/or lead operational efficiencies to scale andautomate processes to support a growing line of products withdiverse investments and structures. The role will interact withmany groups within the Fidelity organization and effectivelyrepresent the business to customers and business partners. TheExpertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s degree expected, MBA orCPA preferred 5 years of financial services experience with anasset manager, audit firm or custodian bank, preferably inaccounting operations or administration for alt investment productsExtensive working experience using Geneva platform for partnershipaccounting and reporting preferred Advanced accounting andoperational knowledge for alternative asset classes (e.g.,commodities, real estate, private debt, private equity, distressedsecurities, derivatives, cryptocurrencies) In-depth knowledge of USGAAP financial reporting standards for nonregistered investmentpartnerships and familiarity with a variety of product structuresincluding onshore and offshore LPs, master-feeder, open-ended andclosed-ended arrangements Advanced excel skills and experiencetranslating accounting data into financial statement presentationAbility to lead independently and in an operations-focused, fastpaced team environment Strong working knowledge of project andrelationship management Excellent written and verbal communicationskills and strong presentation capability
