Compensation:
$62,500 – $97,750 yearly
Responsibilities:
Be the primary liaison between the mortgage loan officer and our clients and schedule meetings to discuss outstanding items Follow up and respond to customer and in-house inquiries on transactions as needed in order to provide superior customer service Assist with administrative duties such as making and screening calls, booking appointments, etc. Coordinate and prepare documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork Check all loan package documents for complete accuracy and submit any discrepancies to the loan officer/ loan originator
Qualifications:
Preferred degree in banking or finance, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required MS Office proficiency required; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred NMLS license or training is not required, but is desired At least 5+ years of professional office environment required, preferably as a loan officer assistant or mortgage assistant Highly motivated and goal-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills About Company Our firm was founded in December 2012 upon the foundation of the needs and desires of Inside Sales Agents.
