• Originate and close mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate loan applications and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process
• Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine the feasibility of granting loans
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the mortgage market
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to expedite the loan approval process
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection regulations

Requirements:

• Proficiency in contracts, banking procedures, basic math, and escrow
• Ability to perform 10-key typing accurately
• Solid understanding of math concepts
• Certification or successful completion of the
