We seek a friendly, professional, and highly skilled Escrow Officer/Closing Agent who is passionate about delivering an outstanding closing experience. Prior experience in title closings is required , and a Title Agent license (or the ability to obtain one) is necessary for consideration.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the closing process from start to finish Conduct lien searches and clear title issues Prepare title documents, settlement statements, and Closing Disclosures Balance files, disburse funds, and finalize transactions Communicate professionally with clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys Assist with business development and strengthening client relationships

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Title Closing Agent or Escrow Officer (preferred) Strong working knowledge of title processing and closing procedures High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to excellent service Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team Must pass a background check High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Compensation:

$50,000 – $70,000 per year , based on experience Bonus opportunities
