Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day escrow operations, ensuring timely and accurate closings Lead, mentor, and develop a team of escrow professionals Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and executive leadership Ensure compliance with Florida escrow/title laws and internal policies Drive operational efficiency and maintain high service standards in a high-volume environment (75-80 closings/month) Contribute to strategic planning and problem-solving within the department
Qualifications:
