This role is ideal for self-starters who are passionate about helping people achieve homeownership — and who go the extra mile to make it happen.
What You’ll Do:
Provide honest, client-first mortgage advice — even when it doesn’t directly benefit you. Problem-solve complex scenarios to find approval paths for a wide range of borrower situations. Manage the loan process from application to close with precision and care. Deliver quick, clear communication to clients and realtor partners — responsiveness is key. Cultivate and maintain strong referral relationships, primarily with real estate agents.
