Reporting to Originations Leadership, this position is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of non-QM and investor loans originated by the Loan Officers. From application to pre-closing, this position manages the collection, verification, and organization of all necessary borrower and property documentation. This role orders appraisals, completes title work, verifies borrower income and employment, ensures valid homeowners insurance, and conducts fraud reviews and compliance checks. This position is responsible for the accurate entry and verification of loan data within the Loan Origination System (LOS), confirming that each loan meets internal, investor, and regulatory guidelines. Additionally, this role acts as a primary point of contact for borrowers and third-party vendors throughout the loan process.
Qualifications include:
