• Must have knowledge/experience with SBA One/E-Tran/SBA Wizard system
• Knowledge of the current/most recent SBA SOPPreferred

Job Description:

The SBA and USDA Closing Specialist is responsible for all aspects of SBA and USDA loan closings and processing all draw requests (including construction, funding, and managing the SBA Pass-thru GL/Account).Review of the Credit Memo/LOM for accuracy and any changes (Addendums) needed1.
