Full Job Description Position Summary:

Provides accurate and timely processing of all requests for loan servicing and booking.

Essential Job Functions and Duties:

Performs reviews of loan closing documents Accurately books loans same day or, at the latest, the next day Responds and performs client servicing requests in an accurate and timely manner Adheres to all regulatory laws and compliance considerations Regular attendance at the FineMark location designated in this job description, during regular business hours, or assigned hours for the position, is required. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least four years of experience in the loan processing department of a financial institution Experience in loan booking, review and servicing preferred Strong knowledge of Regulatory requirements and loan policy Strong background in word processing, computerized spreadsheets, and legal requirements of lien perfection and loan compliance Excellent proofreading and organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communications skills
