Jr. Loan Processor Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Our lending team is experiencing tremendous growth and we arelooking for a results-oriented junior loan officer who can generatenew business and referrals and assist our senior loan officers increating and closing loan packages. Lending or mortgage industryexperience is not required but is a tremendous asset. Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the senior mortgage loan officer/ MLO to makea recommendation of which mortgage loan products are best suiteddepending on applicant’s financial status
• Assemble financial information to assist with loanapplications, prepare loan files, and assess applicants’ financialsituation and eligibility
• Meet sales expectations, generate new business, get referrals,and monitor sales pipeline
• Liaise between realtors, senior MLO / mortgage loan originator,underwriter, mortgage lenders or mortgage bankers, and loanprocessors on behalf of the applicant as needed to assure the loantransaction is successful
• Create personal relationships with loan applicants
• offeradditional information and answer questions about home mortgageproducts

Qualifications:

• Superb relationship, sales, communication, and MS Office skillsare needed
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but a high school diploma orequivalent is required
• Familiarity with home mortgage program guidelines and varioustypes of loans such as FHA, commercial loans, VA, etc isbeneficial, but not require
• Possess the intention to complete a training program to obtainNMLS/ MLO/ state license
• Past experience with credit unions, lending institutions, realestate, financial services, or related fields is a bonus, but notrequired
