Brickell, Miami, FL Compensation:
$60,000-$85,000 base income based on experience/skill level. Bonus & commission opportunities monthly.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Option to work 4 days during week and 1 day during weekend.
Employment Type:
1099 Contractor (No tax withholding). Paid twice per month. This is a high-impact, backend-focused role for someone with experience in the mortgage industry—ideally as an LO, LOA, Processor, UW or Ops Manager—who understands how to screen borrowers, structure loans, manage pipeline activity, and move files from application to close with precision.
What You’ll Do:
Screen & Pre-qualify/Approve Borrowers:
Review documents, identify eligible programs/products, run credit, calculate income, understand guidelines.
Structure Loans, Disclose, & Submit:
structure strong loan files once file is active and prepare disclosures within lender portals. Prep clean submissions
Pipeline Progression & System Management:
Monitor and manage file milestones, coordinate with third parties/processors, Update CRM (, salesforce) and LOS (Arive) daily to keep loans moving and aligned
Support Communication:
Occasionally communicate with borrowers and partners to collect documents and move files forward
Product Knowledge:
stay up to date on product offerings and guidelines from various lender partners
What You’ll Bring:
MUST have at least 1 year (2-3+ years preferred) of experience in the mortgage industry (Loan Officer Assistant, Processor, Ops/Production Manager roles) Strong understanding of the mortgage process from application through closing Strong knowledge of common mortgage products and guidelines Proficiency with Arive LOS Experience working within CRM platforms Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Comfortable handling pipeline calls and collaborating across teams NMLS License.
