Title Processor/Closer Law Firm Coral Gables Miami, FL 33146 Title Processor / Closer – $65,000 | In-Person | Coral Gables We are a well-established real estate firm in Coral Gables seeking a skilled and motivated Title Processor or Closer to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person role offering competitive compensation above market standards for experienced professionals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple real estate transactions efficiently from contract to close. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, is proactive in solving issues, and understands the importance of accuracy and deadlines in title and escrow services.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process title commitments and closing packages Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and clients to ensure timely closings Prepare and verify closing documents, settlement statements, and escrow instructions Identify and resolve title issues and discrepancies Maintain organized and accurate files throughout the transaction lifecycle Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal guidelines (TILA, FNMA, etc.)
Qualifications:
Previous experience in title processing, real estate closings, or escrow services preferred Knowledge of real estate transactions and related documentation High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Proficient with computers, data entry (10-key), and title software Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all parties involved
