Front End Underwriters! – $27-32/hour – Boca Raton, FL Immediate need for experienced Front End Underwriters in the BocaRaton area seeking a great position within a Mortgage organization.

In this Underwriter position, you must have a minimum of 2+ yearswithin the last 5 years of current Front End underwritingexperience, strong knowledge of income calculations, tax returns,reading credit reports, identifying red flags, basic knowledge ofappraisal and ability to recognize red flags and ineligibleproperties, thorough working knowledge of Fannie Mae and FreddieMac underwriting guidelines and automated underwriting engines(DU/LP).

Licensure preferred for this Underwriterposition. In this Front End Underwriter role, the responsibilitieswill include: reviewing mortgage files submitted to Underwriting,calculating income, analyzing debt and assets, as well ascompleting an in-depth review of the completed appraisal and title.

Additional responsibilities in this Underwriter role includeentering data into the client?s loan operating system, utilizing anautomated underwriting system to determine approval and clearingconditions for Final Approval. Candidates must possess a strong sense of urgency with an abilityto work in a team environment, maintaining excellentorganizational, communication, and PC skills.
