Mortgage Loan Originator – Active MLO License Required Premlo, Inc. 900 North Federal Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33432 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Originator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in financial services and knowledge of loan processing will be essential as you work to secure financing for homebuyers. Duties Assess client financial situations and determine suitable mortgage products. Educate clients on various loan options, including FNMA guidelines and TILA regulations. Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation. Negotiate terms and conditions with lenders on behalf of clients. Collaborate with escrow agents, underwriters, and other stakeholders throughout the loan process. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and maintain ethical lending practices. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in regulations affecting mortgage lending. Provide ongoing support to clients during the loan processing phase to ensure a smooth transaction. Experience Proven experience in sales or financial services, preferably in mortgage lending. Familiarity with loan processing procedures and underwriting standards. Strong understanding of escrow processes and contract negotiations. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
