Job Summary:
- This role will provide a wide variety of loan administration, operation and technical support in collaboration with the Relationship Manager in the management of a Corporate Loan portfolio. Works on Corporate loans and assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- + Set up, process, and monitor loan documents and loan files for corporate loan package completion.
Maintains files with proper documentation for third-party review and prepares files for timely audits. + Orders credit verifications and third party services. + Performs pre-closing review of property, liability, and title insurance; order flood determinations and review flood insurance policies. + Tracks receipt of and reviews post closing legal documents. + Follows up on missing documentation. + Prepares compliance and accounting records and reports, as required by management and regulatory agencies. + Submits the final loan package to loan operations for funding and boarding. + Demonstrates compliance with all Bank regulations. + May lead the work of others and provide training in loan policies and procedures. + May coach and mentor others. + Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge of:
- + Commercial Real Estate and C&I loan documentation is preferred.
+ Commercial Real Estate construction lending. + Corporate loan participations and syndication + Corporate credit agreements, loan closing process and procedures, lending policies, compliance and lending regulations + Advanced concepts, practices and procedures of commercial and retail loan documentation and processing. + Principles of banking and finance. + Corporate markets and products. + Multi-state real estate, closing, and title practices. + Federal and State lending laws.
- Skill in:
- + Preparing loan closing packages. + Preparing records and reports. + Proficient with Word and Excel + Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications.
