ASAP Job Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the post-closing process including a team of 3-5 members Overseeing foreclosure process Track dwell maturity for lines of credit Follow up with borrowers’ late payments and maturing loans Answering borrower post loan questions Fixing post-closing issues that may arise Audit loans and documentation as needed Be knowledgeable of all loan servicer and banking requirements Managing Insurance documentation ensuring accuracy and up to date information Approve Construction Draws Coordinate with sales Updating data in Monday Digital file organization Accounting Reconciliation Internal/External loan reports Track permitting/code issues with construction draws Follow up on payoffs/refinances/coordinating with processing Update training documents as needed Other tasks as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

Background in loan originations or real estate related field Valid driver’s license and means of transportation required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously without supervision Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and prioritize

Pay Schedule:

The pay period is weekly. Benefits available after 60 days: The schedule is Mon-Fri; 8 am to 5 pm. Paid time off and vacation pay Medical benefits are not offered
