Real Estate Title Closer Integrity First Title 2750 Deer Creek Commerce Lane, Davenport, FL 33837 We are currently recruiting for an experienced Escrow Closer in our Davenport Office. This position requires an energetic and customer service driven title professional that will mentor associates and focus on delivering top-notch service. The successful candidate will be a team player and assist in clearing title requirements, reconciling escrow instructions with preliminary title reports, preparing CDF settlement statements, drawing necessary documents, conducting formal closing presentations with buyers, sellers and their agents. The candidate will also be responsible in ensuring our clients are satisfied with our service to attract and retain clients. Desired Skills and Experience Experienced in all aspects of real estate closings and escrow Exceptional customer service skills Highly organized and detail oriented Exceptional verbal and written communication skills-Bilingual Licensed Title Agent Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to quickly learn software applications.
