We cover credit reports, licensing, and continuing education costs. Responsibilities Originate residential mortgage loans for both purchase and refinance clients. Consult with borrowers to assess needs and recommend appropriate loan products. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners. Ensure compliance with federal and state lending regulations throughout the loan process. Qualifications Active NMLS license required. Must reside in Florida. Proven experience as a successful Loan Officer with in-depth knowledge of loan origination and processing. Proficient in underwriting guidelines, credit analysis, and basic math/accounting software. Strong customer service and negotiation skills. Familiarity with financial sales and Fair Housing regulations. Comfortable working remotely and managing a personal loan pipeline.
