Loan Originator Citizens Financial Services Atlanta, GA • Remote We are looking for the State of Georgia (NMLS) licensed Loan Officers seeking a better opportunity. Responsibilities Evaluate loan applications, verifying creditworthiness, income documentation, and financial history to determine eligibility Educate clients on various loan products and options, tailoring solutions to meet their financial needs Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, detailing terms, conditions, and repayment options Collaborate with real estate agents and others to expand pipeline opportunities Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the lending process Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout their loan experience Required Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer Ability to generate leads and build client relationships to achieve closing a minimum of 1 loan per month Understanding of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and lending regulations Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics Active mortgage loan originator license Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies Proficient in loan origination software (LOS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems Strong analytical skills to assess financial documents and risk factors Ability to leverage technology for efficient loan processing and client communication Soft Skills and Cultural Fit Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions Equal Opportunity Statement Citizens Financial Services is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
