Role Summary:
As an Escrow Officer at Bayou Title, Inc., you will oversee all aspects of real estate closings. You’ll work closely with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to ensure a seamless and timely closing experience.
What You’ll Do:
Manage escrow files from open to close Review title commitments and prepare closing documents Coordinate communication between all transaction parties Ensure accurate disbursement of funds and timely recording Troubleshoot and resolve title or funding issues
What We’re Looking For:
