MARKET PRESIDENT

Responsibilities:

• Develop andexecute strategies to increase loan origination and deposits withinthe assigned market
• Oversee and manage the performance of loanofficers and other staff members
• Foster strong relationships withkey clients and referral partners
• Stay updated on market trendsand competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internalpolicies

Essential Job Functions:

• Originate retail and commercialloans, meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Provide guidance andsupport to loan officers, assisting them in closing complex loantransactions
• Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams toensure timely and accurate loan processing
• Conduct marketanalysis and identify areas for business expansion
• Represent thebank in various community and industry events Must Have Skills andExperience
• 10 years of experience in originating retail andcommercial loans in a banking setting
• Proven track record ofmeeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership capabilitieswith the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge ofbanking products, services, and regulations
