RESPONSIBILITIES
Solicits, develops and services a wide varietyof commercial loans and products by working with members,prospective members, referral sources and internal sources in orderto meet specific production and member growth goals. Serves as theprimary contact with members and the community in originating andsourcing potential deals, working with all appropriate internalstake holders to ensure members receive excellent service before,during and after the transaction. Develops strong externalpartnerships to ensure effective referrals and development for thefuture as well as acts in an advisory role with all current andprospective members to ensure excellent service and deeprelationships built off of mutual trust. Effectively market,develop and implement effective business development strategies toensure goals and objectives are met. Represent the Company in thebusiness community to develop a strong presence as the preferredcommercial lender of choice in our markets. Be actively engaged inensuring the Company has compelling and competitive products andservices and an outstanding delivery of those to our members.
Solicit, and receive applications for loans and other products andensure complete and accurate data from business owners. Serve asthe central point of contact for all members during the applicationprocess and ensure timely and effective communication andprocessing of requests. Keep informed of current trends andexternal market factors regarding commercial products and services.
Cross-sell other credit union products and services. Adhere to allapplicable policies and regulations. Actively and effectivelymanages the commercial portfolio.
QUALIFICATIONS
RequirementsEquivalent of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Strongbackground and knowledge of commercial products and services aswell as applicable regulations and requirements. 3-5 years ofexperience in commercial or business lending and servicing within aprogressive and driven financial services company. Proven successin a sales and production position within the financial servicesindustry. Existing Commercial Loan Portfolio Work EnvironmentElevations uses multi-factor authentication to keep our data safe.
As such, a personal smartphone is a requirement for employment withus. This job operates in an office setting and routinely usesstandard office equipment. Compensation Information The personhired into this position will likely earn between $85k and 106kplus commission. Actual compensation offered may vary from theposted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience,time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance,business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, andwill be finalized at the time of offer.
