What You’ll Do As our Ag/Commercial Lender, you’ll wear many hats-but all with one mission: supporting our local customers’ financial success.

You will:

Build strong, lasting relationships with Ag and Commercial clients across the region Originate, evaluate, and close secured and unsecured agricultural and commercial loans Conduct on-site inspections , review credit files, order appraisals, and analyze financials Manage a performing portfolio , tracking performance and addressing issues before they escalate Actively participate in credit decisions and recommend loan approvals in line with policy Collaborate across teams to deliver full-service banking-deposits, loans, investments, and beyond Stay in the know on regulatory compliance and uphold the standards of the Bank Secrecy Act Represent The Callaway Bank at community events, networking opportunities, and customer visits What It Takes We’re looking for someone who blends financial know-how with hometown heart.

You bring:
