Commercial Lending is more than cold-calling prospects andattending community meetings. The right individual will need tomeet with business owners face-to-face to build relationships.

Commercial Loan OfficerQualifications:

5 years of community bank Commercial Bankingexperience. Deep understanding of credit and finance. Outstandingverbal and written communication skills. Exceptional negotiationskills. Bachelor’s degree or corresponding education and relatedtraining.
