You will conduct on-site meetings,engaging directly with customers, homebuilding associates, andreferral sources. Your primary responsibilities include assessingfinancial data, guiding customers on mortgage products, andseamlessly facilitating the loan process in adherence to the LennarMortgage roadmap. Team BusinessDevelopment and Customer Relations:

Strategize and implementoutside sales activities to actively contribute to the company’sgrowth. Lead the charge in generating leads through effectiveprospecting, with regular visits to communities, realtors’ offices,and relevant locations. Conduct regular “First Time HomebuyerSeminars” in communities to not only develop leads but alsoestablish strong relationships with New Home Consultants andprospective/current clients. Travel and actively participate inbuilder and realtor functions, status meetings, phase releases,phone banks, and special events. Proactively engage with variouscommunities to explain the Company’s offerings, obtain loanapplications, and attend closings.

Customer-Centric Approach:

Offertailored recommendations on the best mortgage solutions forcustomers’ financial and individual needs. Review and lock interestrates at least fifteen days prior to closing. Maintain strictadherence to federal, state, and company regulations and guidelinesthroughout the loan origination process.

Lead Management andCommunication:

Daily review of leads, followed by proactiveoutreach to prospective customers via telephone and email toschedule in-person/virtual meetings. Ensure clear and timelycommunication with both internal and external stakeholders,maintaining open lines of dialogue.

Loan Origination and Advisory:

Originate and prepare new loans meticulously, adhering to federal,state, and company regulations outlined in the “Loan Officer”agreement. Offer personalized advice and recommend the mostsuitable mortgage loan products aligned with customers’ financialand individual needs.

Sales Support, Metrics, and Reporting:

Provide crucial assistance to New Home Consultants on customerpre-qualifications, actively contributing to the development of apipeline for outside sales. Strive to meet or exceed closed loancapture rate, spot loan objectives, and other established salesgoals and metrics specified in the “Loan Officer” Agreement.

Maintain detailed reports and notes within the origination computersystem, facilitating a comprehensive exchange of informationregarding loan applications, statuses, customer conversations,underwriting, lock-in information, monthly projected closings,incentives, and expenses. Your Toolbox Bilingual in English andSpanish required. Highschool Diploma or Equivalent Four-yearcollege degree (preferred) Minimum of 3 years of Loan Originatingexperience Valid driver’s license and dependable mode oftransportation NMLS License & specific State license or be (willingto get within 30 days of employment) Fluent in Spanish -Speakingand Writing (preferred) Self-starter and able to work independentlyExceptional organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, andthe ability to manage multiple priorities A genuine passion fordelivering exceptional experiences to customers Proficient in usingstandard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) Proficientin using mortgage industry software and tools

Physical &Office/Site Presence Requirements:

Regular, in-person attendance atCompany communities/job sites and offices during regular work hoursis an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to workin excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of aconstruction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, readplans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, moveand/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job mayrequire occasional operation of construction equipment. Fingerdexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard andcalculator.
