Help guide borrowers through every step of the loan process—whether digital, by phone, or in person—ensuring they understand what’s happening at all times and feel supported. Attention to

Detail:

Gather and prepare all necessary documentation with precision, ensuring that loans move smoothly from the front of house, to the back. We call this the “Transfer of Trust”.

Customer Service Guru:

Be the go-to person for clients, answering questions and providing exceptional service that

Mortgage Knowledge Buff:

Be in-the-know on loan products such as FHA, VA, CONV, and USDA. Your expertise will help ensure that clients are always matched with the right product for their needs.
