$42,000 – $59,000 plus bonus

Help guide borrowers through every step of the loan process—whether digital, by phone, or in person—ensuring they understand what’s happening at all times and feel supported. Attention to

Gather and prepare all necessary documentation with precision, ensuring that loans move smoothly from the front of house, to the back. We call this the “Transfer of Trust”.

Customer Service Guru:

Be the go-to person for clients, answering questions and providing exceptional service that

Mortgage Knowledge Buff:

Be in-the-know on loan products such as FHA, VA, CONV, and USDA. Your expertise will help ensure that clients are always matched with the right product for their needs.

Work closely with Originators, processors, and the operations team to make sure everything runs like clockwork.

Qualifications:

Possess an advanced understanding of different loan products, such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc. 5+ years of professional office environment experience as a loan officer assistant or mortgage assistant preferred Preferred degree in banking or finance, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required MS Office proficiency required; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred Having an NMLS license is not required, but is preferred About Company Raleigh Mortgage Group is a locally owned and operated Mortgage Broker operating in NC since 2001.
