The Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) is strategicdriver of business excellence, staff excellence, clinicalexcellence, and customer excellence at the nursing center. PositionHighlights Monitor nursing center financial reports and implements correctiveaction as required. Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads who aredirect reports. Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensurefavorable public relations.
