Schedule:

Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days Work From Home), Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

Pay Rate:

$22.29 per hour, paid weekly.

Tentative Start Date:

ASAP (pending onboarding completion).

Contract:

Initial 12-month contract. Potential for extension or conversion to Full-Time Employee (FTE) based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

Description:

The Onboarding and Maintenance team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Brokerage Account Specialist to support the onboarding and maintenance functions for brokerage accounts. As a Brokerage Account Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing support to branch offices by reviewing documentation and activating brokerage account traits. This involves managing cases and handling internal phone calls to resolve escalated items efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to internal phone inquiries. Efficiently manage and resolve cases using relevant systems. Thoroughly review client documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Make sound decisions on cases, prioritizing both client and branch office needs while effectively managing risk.

Required Skills:

Demonstrated proven decision-making skills with a strong ability to effectively manage risk. Proven track record of delivering exceptional service to internal and/or external clients. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Results-oriented, driven, and ambitious with a proactive approach to tasks. Must be flexible with the work schedule to accommodate operational hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST). Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
