FundRock Capital is hiring a motivated Loan Officer to join our fast-growing team. We specialize in investment real estate and commercial lending. You’ll work with hot inbound leads, helping clients secure funding through a wide range of products like Non-QM, DSCR, bank statement loans, fix and flip loans, and foreign national programs.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate loan applications and guide clients through funding options
- Build and manage client and partner relationships
- Ensure regulatory compliance and internal policy alignment
- Communicate with our Processing Team
- Follow up with all assigned leads
Qualifications:
- Mortgage or lending experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of commercial/consumer loans preferred
- NMLS license a plus (not required)
