Compensation:

$40,000 – $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit Commission-Based Position About Company At Motto Mortgage Thrives, we’re redefining what it means to be a Mortgage Loan Advisor.
