Senior Commercial Banking Solutions Assistant
United Community United Community is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Banking Solutions Assistant. At United Community, our Senior Commercial Banking Solutions Assistants play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of loan files, coordinating loan closings, and managing funding for participations and syndications. Our ideal candidate will take a lead role in daily loan functions, make independent judgments, and manage Commercial Banking Solutions portfolios.

What You’ll Do:

Ensure the quality of loan files and documentation.
Coordinate loan closings and manage funding for participations and syndications.
Oversee the preparation and negotiation of loan documents.
Provide administrative support to loan officers, including pulling credit reports and preparing loan worksheets.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements at and after closing.
Handle telephone and written inquiries.
Assemble and verify the accuracy of loan documentation.
Clear exceptions and collect past dues.
Coordinate closings and funding with other institutions for syndications and participations.
Requirements for

Success:

High School diploma or equivalent required; 4-year college degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial organization performing similar duties.
Excellent knowledge of loans and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Detail-oriented and able to participate in compliance training.
