PAY RANGE

$65.00 hourly paid weekly

ASAP start•11/7/2025 (temp to hire) (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base pay information is based on market location.) About the role: We’re looking for a highly experienced Business Consultant to support loan and commercial escrow operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at resolving complex escrow and title issues, and has experience managing high-stakes transactions involving multiple parties and legal components.

You will:

Manage and finalize loan escrows and basic commercial escrows Resolve escalated, complex escrow issues with professionalism Prepare instructions, balance closings, issue checks, and draft closing statements Handle title and legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance Communicate with customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth closings Prepare documents for recording and maintain accurate closing record

Skills/ Requirements:

5-7 years of escrow/title experience (commercial preferred) Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Exceptional communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive transactions

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent (required)

Working Conditions:

May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
